For example, from a physical point of view, crying helps to eliminate toxic substances accumulated by our body, while preventing the onset of various cardiovascular diseases.

From a psychological point of view, a person who does not cry when he needs it is not able to release the internal mental strain he has, which can cause him to be more prone to feel anxious or stressed.
