Moreover, environmental stressors may also trigger this mental disorder.

Dissociative and Dissociation Disorders

Dissociation is a mental condition where individuals disconnect from their feelings, thoughts, sense of identity, or memories. Dissociative illnesses include dissociative fugue, dissociative amnesia, identity disorder, and depersonalization disorder.
